Returns
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are customized, on sale, or marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide further instructions on how to return your product.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] and provide details about the issue.
Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
